Use of the missflowers.md website and placing orders are governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our flower delivery services in Chișinău.
1. Placing orders
Orders can be placed online on the website, by phone, or through other indicated communication channels. An order is considered confirmed after you receive confirmation from the MissFlowers team. We reserve the right to refuse an order in justified cases.
2. Prices and payment
The prices displayed on the website include VAT and are expressed in Moldovan lei (MDL). We accept online card payment, payment on delivery, and other payment methods indicated on the site. Prices may be changed without prior notice but will not affect already confirmed orders.
3. Delivery
Delivery is made in Chișinău and surrounding areas, according to the conditions described on the shipping and payment page. The delivery time is indicative and may vary depending on product availability, weather conditions, and other external factors.
4. Returns and cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not possible after delivery. Order cancellation is only possible before the bouquet is prepared and shipped. In case of quality issues, please contact us immediately after delivery.
5. Copyright
All website content (texts, images, logo, design) is protected by copyright and belongs to MissFlowers. Copying, reproducing, or distributing them without written consent is prohibited.
